We had our water heater replaced by Phoenixville Plumbing in 2014. Kevin arrived on time the day of our scheduled appointment. He explained the general steps of the process to replace the heater and was very mindful of making sure the old water heater did not leak onto our carpeting during the removal process. The water heater was installed in a couple of hours and our house looked the same upon completion as it did when Kevin arrived. Our new water heater has been working great. We are very satisfied with the work done by Phoenixville Plumbing and highly recommend them.
